  • Riced broccoli (3 cups)
  • Mozzarella (1 ½ cup, shredded

  • Red pepper flakes (crushed, optional)
  • Parsley
  • Marinara (warmed)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425-degrees and then line a big baking sheet using a parchment paper.
  2. Microwave the broccoli for a minute. Make sure to ring out the moisture from the riced broccoli with a cheesecloth or paper towel.

  • Cauliflower florets (4 cups)
  • Salt
  • Dipping sauce like ketchup, ranch dressing, or honey mustard


  1. Preheat your oven to 450-degree Fahrenheit.
